An opportunity has arisen due to retirement for a fourth GP to join our well established team at Brannel Surgery, located in central Cornwall. We have a fully staffed clinical team, comprising of experienced GPs, multi-skilled and experienced Practice Nurses and HCAs, who believe in continuity of care.
The role is part time, initially salaried to start in May 2020 but we can be flexible on the number of sessions and the start date. We are keen to offer a partnership, however we are keen to attract the right applicant and would be equally happy with a salaried GP. We will shortly be moving clinical system to SystmOne.
We are a high earning; dispensing Practice, part of a strong and well-led Primary Care Network. We are located 10mins from St Austell and 20mins to Truro.

Port View Surgery is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to become part of our existing team of 2 practice nurses and 3 HCA’s. Ideally you will be able to provide the full range of general practice nursing care.We are a small friendly team and we pride ourselves in the continuity of personal care we are able to provide for our 6800 patients.The post is initially for 16 hours per week, to be worked on Wednesdays and Fridays; however there will be a requirement to cover the absence of your nursing colleagues so flexibility is a key requirement.

To prevent avoidable admissions to hospital;
Reduce referrals into the traditional diabetes/respiratory outpatient services;
