The Carn to Coast Health Centres GP Practice has been formed progressively over the last four years by neighbouring surgeries federating and then combining with the aim of creating a large professional organization which can still offer services on a human scale to people locally. In total we now serve just over 26,000 patients across four sites and we continue to recruit as our list expands.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate sound business management skills, who is financially astute, patient focused, has experience in managing and motivating staff and good IT skills.
Previous management experience is essential and NHS experience is desirable.

Having recently recruited 3 new partners we are looking for a fixed term salaried doctor 6-8 sessions a week to cover maternity leave until early 2019.
